We invest in education professionals so that we can raise everyone up, make a positive difference to our learners and prepare them for life beyond the classroom. We do this by giving education professionals practical and sustainable ways to build their capacity to keep doing what they do best- create positive learning environments and experiences for all. 

In partnership across multiple international schools, we are a community that, through a coaching approach, revolutionises the way professional learning and training is implemented in education. 

We walk the talk and offer professional development based on the coach approach. We do this for school communities, by school communities.

All school community members are welcomed, including teachers, teaching assistants, business support staff, operations staff, parents, and external stakeholders.

Our events are not formal coach training, but they will introduce you to a coaching approach or deepen your coaching knowledge.

Broadly speaking, coaching is "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential" (International Coaching Federation, 2020). 

As education professionals our "clients" are our learners, parents, colleagues, and community. This can be done in so many ways, check out the video below for some thoughts and experiences of coaching for education.
