Questions for consideration
- What aspects of the Nexus Way of Teaching stand out to you as areas for potential growth or deeper exploration?
- Thinking about your current students and classes, what are their most pressing learning needs or challenges?
- How might refining your teaching in a specific area better support them?
- What data (e.g., assessment results, learner feedback, observation/LfL notes from previous years) suggests a particular area of focus would lead to improved learner outcomes in your classroom?
- In which areas of your teaching do you feel less confident or wish you had more strategies and tools?
- Are there any specific "big ideas" or principles from the Nexus Way of Teaching that you're particularly curious about implementing more deeply, or that you've wanted to experiment with but haven't had the chance?

These should be linked to developing an area of the Nexus Way of Teaching (NWOT)
