How did I get here?  Well, I owe much of my success to my higher power. He is the reason I stand here today. I've seen the battles that life can throw your way and I have made it on the other side. Not unscathed but  a smarter, wiser, and better version of myself. I find that when you are able to meet people where they are only then can you truly be empathetic to their needs. 

I truly love helping people navigate life’s challenges and transitions. With over 12 years of experience in the field of substance abuse, as well as extensive work supporting individuals dealing with trauma, divorce and separation, and the unique experiences of Veterans, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my practice. 

I’m passionate about helping people reclaim their strength and write their next chapter in their lives. So, however you got here, I hope to help you leave smarter, wiser, better version of yourself.
