DOCUMENT CHECKLIST:

This is the base set of documents that will be requested from an individual by the Loan Officer. Depending on the individual's situation, you may receive a list with other documents needed that are applicable to you.

☐ COMPLETE APPLICATION: Online or via phone call (ONLINE APPLICATION)

☐ IDENTIFICATION: Social Security Card AND Driver License, Passport, or GreenCard, etc.

☐ TAX RETURNS: Most Recent 2 Years of Federal Tax Returns (All pages and schedules)

☐ W2's, 1099's, or K-1s: Most Recent 2 Years 

☐ PAYSTUBS: Most Recent 30 Days 

☐ ASSETS: Most Recent 2 Months Bank Statement (All Pages)

OWN A PROPERTY?

☐ Most Recent Mortgage Statement (for each property owned)

☐ Most Current HOA Dues Statement (if applicable)

☐ Most Current HOI Statement (Homeowners Insurance) - must show annual premium

☐ Most Current Lease Agreement (for each rental property - if applicable)
