STEP ONE:
Call the Loan Officer OR fill out our quick online application, and the Loan Officer will contact you. In this step of your mortgage process, the Loan Officer will discuss with you, your financial situation and gather information that will help the Loan Officer provide you with your mortgage options that suits your situation.
STEP TWO:
After the Loan Officer provides you with your options and you are ready to move forward with your loan approval, the Loan Officer will send you a list of documents required to get your loan approved. The list includes things like W2's, paystubs, and bank statements (See our full Mortgage Checklist). Once we receive all the documents, the Loan Officer will review and issue a pre-qualification letter. Once you have this letter, this is where the fun part comes in... you go house hunting!
STEP THREE:
Once you find the home and your offer is accepted, the loan officer will request any final and/or updated documents that are needed to get your loan to underwriting. Once received, your loan will be in underwriting in no time!
STEP FOUR:
Once your loan is approved with conditions (conditions are items that need to be addressed prior to closing) by the underwriter, you will work directly with the processor to get these cleared. The time is now in your hands to get these needed documents over to us in a timely manner. Once all the conditions are satisfied, your loan file will have a final review and be ready for closing!
STEP FIVE:
The final part in the mortgage process is the CLOSING. We work closely with your title attorney to verify that all the final numbers are correct and let you know the final amount you will need to bring to closing, where you will also sign all your final documents.
