Embark Behavioral Health - Family Support Group
Embark Behavioral Health is proud to continue to offer our FREE Monthly Virtual Multi-family Support Group. This structured group, led by a licensed clinician, is open to the public (ages 18+) and assists with the challenges that many loved ones and caregivers face while caring for someone with a behavioral health concern. More information here
Check out this link if you are interested:
Benefits of this particular virtual group:
Rolling support group, which means that families can sign up for the next support group and/or dates ahead of time.
In addition to a FREE support group, this group is virtual and available across the country. Anyone over the age of 18 can join at any time and be supported by a licensed professional, as well as a community of supporters.
Families do not have to be enrolled in an Embark program to attend. If a family needs a higher level of care for their loved one and feels “stuck,” we recommend they join us OR if a family is “stuck” in the cycle of stepping down and stepping up into care, we recommend this group.
