Students
All students participating in the after school programs are asked to complete and submit the enrollment form. It requires both student and parent/guardian signatures.
Programs are open to Central High School Students only.
Students who stay after school are provided with a snack and if needed, a RIPTIK.
Click on the arrow in the right-hand corner of the form to download and print. Please submit forms to Ms. Jacques or Daysha in Room 163.

The Student Advisory Board meets once a month to talk about how to make after school with NUA Knights better for all Central Students.
