I am very excited to be returning to Newtown High School for the 2019-2020 school year. I am excited to be returning to the world of theatre and to be teaching English 9 as well this year. I am also involved with many activities throughout the school. I am the advisor for the fall drama and the technical director the spring musical. I am the co-advisor for the CLASS OF 2020 and the troupe director for the newly formed NHS Thespian Troupe.

I have been working in theatre for many years as a performer, stage manager, producer, etc. I have worked with many local theaters including Brookfield Theatre for the Arts, Two Planks Theater Company, Musicals at Richter, The Warner Theatre, Theatreworks New Milford and Wilton Theatre. I am currently working towards a second masters degree in theatre education through the University of Northern Colorado. I hope that we will all have a fantastic year at NHS!
