Google Docs is a cloud-based tool that allows the user to create documents. It is Google’s answer to Microsoft Word and best of all, it’s free! Google is constantly updating and adding more features to enhance the experience for end-users. Google Docs allows users (in this case NPS staff and students) to collaborate on a doc by using the share button. This allows users to collaborate on one document at the same time without having to be in the same space! Thank you Google Docs! Oh, and one more cool feature, it automatically saves your work!
