These are popular specifically in the northwest of the island where we live. They would be common at church events, teas, and local cafes. Digestive biscuits my be hard to find in the US, but graham crackers are a great substitute

These are served at birthdays parties, school events, or as a treat at home. The recipe refers to using "Smarties" which is the UK equivalent to an M&M
