Nick Mastrocinque

Hello my name is Nick Mastrocinque and I am a senior in New Fairfield High school. My interests and activities are biking, basketball, and playing video games. My favorite class this year has to be woodworking because of how it's so easy and fun. You also get a lot of time to finish projects. I like being part of the digital academy because there's a lot of hands on work and communication needed for this class. So far I have ran most of the social media for us.

Amber Perry

My name is Amber Perry and just like the rest of my teammates I am a senior at New Fairfield High School. I have been apart of Digital Academy team since my freshman year. Unlike my other classes this class has provided raw challenges that are faced once out of high school. This program has helped me significantly with public speaking, and expanding on my management skills. Outside of school I am interested in tennis, and community groups concerning social climates and substance abuse. I have been tennis varsity captain for two years and first singles for three years.

Alex Waters

My Name is Alex Waters and I am in the 12th grade digital academy. I specialize in technology and computers. My favorite subjects are math and technology due to what skills they require. My skills specialize in troubleshooting and problem solving. The reason I like being in Digital Academy is because of the community atmosphere and the project based aspect of the classes.

Drew Von Werne

Hello, my name is Drew Von Werne and I am a Senior at New Fairfield High School. My interests are mainly outdoors except when it comes to playing Xbox. The activities I enjoy are football, lacrosse and fishing. My favorite class this year is Contemporary Literature because it is a discussion based class on the things we read. I like being a part of Digital Academy because it is a lot of group work and I work better when paired with someone to discuss the topic. This year I have worked on researching how we could 3D print a clock to convert its energy to electrical energy.

Nicky Cyran

Hello, my name is Nicky Cyran and I am a junior at New Fairfield High School . This is my first year in Digital Academy and it has been a blast so far. I love the collaboration and teamwork, and am highly anticipating this years expo fest. My work this year was focused mostly on researching experts who could potentially benefit our project. In my free time I enjoy listening to jazz music, playing video games, and playing sports.

Justin Gasparino

My name is Justin and I’m apart of the team. I’ve been apart of Digital Academy at New Fairfield for 3 years. I was previously on the Junior team but moved onto the senior team to help them. My favorite class in school is science and I enjoy to swim and read in my downtime. I like being in Digital Academy because I get to work with a group to collaborate on a topic we get to choose.

Albert Lagerman

My name is Albert Lagerman, and I am a junior at New Fairfield High School. I mostly spend time playing video games on my computer, but when I'm not, I'm either sleeping, biking, or building stuff. I chose to join Digital Academy because I can use my skills to build prototypes. I have a basic knowledge of electricity, so I will design the electrical side of the clock.

Matt Sproule

My name is Matt Sproule and this is my first year of Digital Academy. I was working with the juniors but I was switched to L3D when they needed help. Academically, I am interested in History and English, and outside of school I like to huck discs and swim many laps in the pool. I work as a lifeguard and a swim coach and when I’m not making that dollar, I can be found philosophically wandering long beaches at sunset and engaging the seagulls in extensive and fulfilling conversations regarding the overarching soliloquies that connect all life on earth.
