Transition Support

This has been a huge team effort and means that families and individuals who have been desperate for a respite break can now be accommodated by us. We are delighted to have taken this significant step back towards having all of our services up and running. Feedback from our Public Health and Infection Control colleagues gave high praise for the risk assessments and the infection control measures put in place.

Milner House is our pioneering, fully adapted, modern 3 bedroomed respite home away from home. You can come and stay with us for a short or longer stay. The experienced staff work alongside you to learn new skills, become more independent, take on new opportunities and make new friends.
