Zebulon "Zeb" L.  Reid

Welcome to my web site. My name is Zebulon "Zeb" Reid.   I have been an administrator in the School District of Newberry County since 2014. Prior to becoming an administrator, I was an instructional assistant at NHS, lead teacher at  head varsity coach, and athletic director at Mid-Carolina Middle School & Mid-Carolina High School Since 2005. I have been an educator for over two decades. 

 Prior to working at Newberry Middle School, I served as a Assistant Principal at Mid-Carolina High School, Head Varsity Coach, Athletic Director, and Physical Education Teacher at a (K-12) High School in Mount Pleasant, SC in (2004-2005). In addition, I served as the Asst. Men's Basketball Coach, Asst. Women's Golf Coach, and Asst. Men's Golf Coach during the 2003-2004 school year at NCAA Division II Newberry College. I began my career in the NCSD working at Newberry High School where I participated in my student teaching experience and was offered a position on the faculty and staff at NHS as teacher & coach. 

I believe through hard work, dedication, and the desire to succeed all things are possible. I am excited to see what our students can accomplish during the 2025-2026 school year. Educational excellence is our aim! Whatever it takes, our kids are worth it! 3A's (Academics, Arts, & Athletics=A winning combination!)
