Mr. Reid Coached Corey in Middle School at MCMS where he led the MCMS Football Program to an undefeated season as quarterback and was Co-MVP of Mr. Reid's MCMS Basketball Team.

(Carl Edwards, "C.J." Jr.)-Mr. Reid Coached C.J. from 2008-2011 (4 years played on the Varsity Basketball Team) C.J. was MVP of the 2010-2011 MCHS Boys' Basketball Team and was a 2X all-region boys' basketball player for Mr. Reid.

Mr. Reid was an assistant men's basketball coach at Newberry College in 2003-2004 and served as Asst. Men's and Women's Golf Coach.

Mr. Reid served as Mid-Carolina High School Varsity Basketball Coach from 2005-2011.
