Mr. Greg Watchinski

This will be my 28th year in education (wow...the time flies by!) and I still believe there is no better environment than an elementary school to work in every day. 

I am originally from Illinois and graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a BA in Elementary Education. I taught in Illinois for 10 years before moving to South Carolina. I spent 15 years in Lexington County District One, before moving to PGE.  Along the way, I have added a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a second Master's Degree in Education Administration. 

I have four amazing kids that have made me so proud! Alexa (23) graduated from Clemson last year and is now working in Houston, Kyla (22) is working full time, Tyler (20) finished two years at Midlands Tech and is working in Lexington, and Logan (19) is beginning his second year at Midlands Tech.  In my free time outside of school, I enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking, golfing, grilling, watching sports, and traveling.

I look forward to another great school year!
