My name is Mrs. Lund, and I’m the licensed school counselor at Dundee Elementary. I’m thrilled to support our amazing students, families, and staff as we work together to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for all.
I take a proactive approach to supporting every student through classroom lessons, small group counseling, and short-term individual support. I collaborate closely with teachers and families to help students grow socially, emotionally, and academically. This year, we’ll explore topics like self-regulation, empathy, friendships, and study skills. If your family has additional needs, I can also connect you with outside resources.
At Dundee, we believe in working as a team to help every child thrive. I’m excited to build strong relationships with you and your child this year!

Confidentiality
As a mental health professional, student and family confidentiality is important to me. It is crucial for both students and families to feel safe and supported in the school setting, which includes the ability to share open and honestly. Information shared between student and school counselor will remain confidential unless there may be threat of harm to self/others, suspicion of abuse/neglect, or the student gives me permission to share. These limits to my confidentiality include past, present, and future circumstances.
