Celebrations Committee
In the Celebrations Committee, it is our goal to not only celebrate every individual in leadership but also to create connections and encourage unity and teamwork. We strive to go the extra mile in every activity we plan so that our peers feel seen for the hard work and dedication they put into the school and into our community.

At NMHS I play basketball and lacrosse. I am involved in quite a few clubs on campus and am also a link leader. A fun fact about me is I have a dog named boba.
Omaira Nabizada
Meet the Celebrations Committee Head, Amanda Daley! I enjoy swimming and was part of the 2020 NMHS swim team prior to Covid shutdown. I plan to join the swim team again this school year. I am also a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard at the Newark Silliman Aquatics facility. I have recently joined Interact and young life club here at NMHS. I enjoy spending time with friends and meeting new people! A fun fact about me is that I met Gordon Ramsay!

I'm a sophomore class secretary and I'm in cheer. I help plan/set up events and games. One fun fact about me is that I love saying boi.
Jenny Alvarado-Delgado
I am Newark Memorial's Vice President for the class of 2024, their jv cheer team's captain, I help plan events for the asb class, I was one of the choreographers for 2021 Sophomore skit. A fun fact about me is that I can do a lot of accents.
Yanci Alvarado-Delgado
I am apart of puente, and a stronghold member in my committee. One fun fact about me is that I love to make banana bread!
