I was born in the Philippines and moved to the US when I was 3 years old, but can still speak and read in my native tongue. I was raised in California up until I moved to Las Vegas in 2017. I have 15 years of experience in the education field and have worked in several schools and facilities. I pursued nursing and earned a degree, but found myself gravitating back into education. It was where I believed I could make a more meaningful and lasting impact. On my off time I enjoy reading, writing, photography and traveling. I believe we should have both an open mind and heart as we navigate through the world and the people in it.

• I'm going backpacking through Europe in 2023 for a whole month!
