Scholars this week scholars celebrated "Dot Day" by creating an abstract piece incorporating similar styles found in the art of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama and added "organic shapes" to their art vocabulary!
Organic shapes are shapes that are not perfect! They are unpredictable and flowing, just like Vashti's paint brush in the story "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds.
