Calm Space

What is this for?

If you are finished with your work, or are getting a bit overwhelmed try one of these activities for a little bit to see if it will help. 

These are to relax you or calm your mind, so you can help yourself when your mind feels cloudy or stormy.

You can do these on your own during free time.

You can only listen to music on this website.

 You cannot listen to recommended music that shows up when you pause the video. 

If you do you will not be allowed to use the calm space.
