Live Data FAQs
Your in-app livedata takes 1 to 2 days to complete.
Additionally, your agency is updated twice a week and during the last week of the month, updates are made 3 times a week during the last week of the month. Requests for updates should be made to your agency.
For self-signed hosts, live data including the percentage is updated on your Broadcaster Information Management Sheet. You will be notified by email when this is complete.
If you are an agency-signed broadcaster, report that to your agency and they will follow up with the Bigo team.
If you are a self-signed host, please reach out via your WhatsApp group or email.
If a host is inactive for three months, you will be eliminated automatically from the system, no further action is required. Inactive means no broadcasting at all.
- Host transfers can only be processed when a three-party agreement takes place, including the host, the host’s current agency and the host’s new agency. Otherwise the transfer is invalid
- New hosts can not be transferred in their first-three months
- If a host is inactive for three months, they will be automatically eliminated from their current agency. And when they come back, they can choose any agency they want
- Self-signed host are not permitted to be transferred to agency
Broadcaster Policy FAQs
- Overseas beans percentage has to be below 30%, otherwise commission deduction applies.If the percentage is over, the whole overseas beans received will be deducted
- Cross-gifting percentage from the same agency has to be below 50%, and it applies to all host levels. If the host reaches more than 50%, NO commission will be received
- For new hosts, for their first two months they have to reach at least 10k (C level) to receive full commission
- New hosts will need to reach at least 10k (level C) to receive full commission in their first 3 months
- If you reach your quota, but only broadcast between 20-30 hours, you will receive half pay
Receiving beans from the same agency hosts and the agency owner.
Broadcasting more than half an hour but less than 2 hours per day.
General FAQs
Normally it takes 3 business days due to risk control. Either your money will be refunded, or it will be processed.
You will need to try to unban yourself then you can continue broadcasting. Serious class A banned hosts can no longer host ever.

Influencer & Superhost FAQs
There are 3 options for income package:
Option 1:
Basic income (host payment): you’ll get a VIP badge and may qualify for the Elevated program if you perform well in your live sessions.
Option 2:
Downloads and social posts achievement bonus: There is no need to do live hours if you prefer this option. 4 social media posts are required. We will pay you based on the AU&NZ downloads triggered in a calendar month. The more AU&NZ downloads you trigger, the more bonus payment you can get.
Option 3:
Basic income (host payment) + the download and social post achievement bonus.
There are two plans, Plan A and Plan B. We will calculate your remuneration based on both plans and pay out the higher remuneration.
Plan A includes 12 hours of live streaming plus 6 social posts. The download target is not compulsory, however it will decide whether you can keep your level or not.

Family FAQs
A family is a special group formed by members without a Bigo family. The family consists of a family leader, family admin, SVIPs, hosts and normal users.
Family is not an Agency and a leader can only open one agency and one family at the same time.
Families can engage in family prestige activities such as family PKs and can collect family points by giving or receiving beans/gifts.

Family Prestige is a regular event in Bigo Live. The Family Prestige event is divided into regional Family Prestige and global Family Prestige;
Both regional and global Family Prestige have three rankings based on the calculation of different types of data, such as combat points, gift received, and gift sending.
Regional Family Prestige will be held monthly and global will be held quarterly.
The ranking of Family Prestige is based on the combat points. Here are some ways to get combat points:
Top Up 1 diamonds within your family=1 point;
Sending or receiving family gifts: 1 bean=1 point
We will send out family prestige ranking rewards based on combat points and the ranking of the family.
All users can apply to join Family by clicking the ‘Family Prestige’ banner in Bigo live app.
All family members can invite friends to join the family by sending the invitation, and the invited person can click the message to apply.
➡ Click ‘Invite Friends’ in the ‘My Family’ page -> Select Friends and Click the Button ‘invite’ -> Your Friend Will Receive an Invitation Message.
Only Family leaders are able to change leaders, please contact your family group for help.
You may invite friends into your family. The family has a limitation on its members depending on the family level. You have to achieve the task of family prestige to upgrade your family. After that, you are only able to add more family members. You may also request by bulk add in new members through the SVIP interface.
