Hearing Screening is mandated by the Ohio Department of public health and performed annually and as needed for the following students:

• Preschool
• Kindergarten
• 1st grade
• 3rd grade
• 5th grade
• 9th grade
• 11th grade
• Students receiving special education services
• At the request of a teacher or parent/guardian
• New students

Vision Screening is mandated by the Ohio Department of public health and performed annually and as needed for the following students:
