In this lesson, students learned more about one of the 5 Ws--who, what, where, when, why. This particular lesson focused on Where and the importance of setting. It incorporated a game called "Think On Your Feet," a game that can be used for many different kinds of lessons and subject areas.

This was a unit I helped create with two other students at Northeastern Illinois University. The unit outlines the scope and sequence of a speech unit that encompasses writing, speaking and expression of opinions and emotions.
For this project, we put together an essential collection of classroom books for students to use as research tools, for building vocabulary, cultural awareness as well as enjoyment.
