Welcome Back! This week we will begin reading The Diary of Anne Frank, we will be annotating throughout the reading, reflecting, and analyzing historical moments that are present in the novel.

Math Matters in 7th Grade!
As we wrap up the semester, I’m incredibly proud of the hard work and growth our 7th graders have shown in math. From mastering key concepts like proportional relationships and equations to tackling challenging problem-solving activities, their progress has been remarkable. Thank you for your continued support at home—it truly makes a difference!
Looking ahead to next semester, we’ll dive deeper into geometry and more advanced algebraic concepts. These skills will build a strong foundation for 8th grade and beyond. I’m excited to continue challenging our students and seeing their confidence grow in math! Have a restful and joyous break!

Happy winter break, your students have worked so hard and I am proud to see them representing DATA well. During this well deserved break they should be working on their science fair project, enjoying time with family and friends and relaxing to re-energize for the new semester and new year. I will see everyone in 2025, please email me if there is any questions with their science fair projects! Tutoring hours are available by appointment only for before and after school and are offered during lunch MTWF.
