This week we will be reviewing for our end of novel exam, we will be engaging in playing educational games for our review. We will take our exam November 21st.

7th grade math honors
7th grade honors math : This week we will learn about the pythagorean theorem. Students will learn how the formula used to find the missing side length of a right triangle.
Algebra I
This week we will begin our semester exam review. Students are reminded that the semester exam is 20% of their final grade.

Make up work:
Monday and Thursday 7:45 to 8:15 am

This week the students will be finishing their unit on the Holocaust and moving into the government unit. This unit will not only help them this year, but also prepare them for 8th grade next year.

This week we will learn about infographics and the different ways information, graphs and charts can be displayed digitally. Then, students will be using Adobe Illustrator to create infographics about a particular subject.
If you're student is struggling please have them come to tutoring to catch up on missing work.

This week, we will focus on professional writing. By creating a "Now Hiring" post, we will start thinking about the job qualifications. We will practice writing "Thank you" notes to potential employers and start developing sentences commonly used on resumes. We will also sprinkle in some fun Photoshop and Thanksgiving assignments.
