Keep the sleep schedule consistent.
School breaks and summer often mean staying up later. But late nights plus early mornings can cut into kids’ needed rest. Consider room-darkening shades and a consistent summer bedtime schedule. This may support improved moods, stronger focus, and physical health.
God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done. (Genesis 2:3)
