4 credits are required of one World Language. Students may choose from the following languages:

Note: 1 year of a second World Language may be counted as part of the Global Course Requirements.
Students may also meet the World Language requirement by passing the AAPPL (ACTFL Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Languages ) test, an online standardized test that assesses students in Interpersonal Listening/Speaking, Presentational Writing, Interpretive Reading, and Interpretive Listening. Students must attain a score of Intermediate High on the AAPPL test to meet the GEAC requirements and be excused from needing 4 credits of one World Language. The AAPPL test must be proctored - a student will not be awarded credit for taking the test unsupervised. The AAPPL test in available in many languages, including but not limited to:
