The philosophy and purpose of offering advanced courses at Shattuck Middle School is to provide rigorous courses for all students who are interested in accelerating their coursework and are developmentally ready for increased academic rigor. Upon successful completion of advanced course offerings, students will have increased, accelerated access to upper level courses offered at Neenah High School.

Criteria for Eligibility:

Teacher Recommendation: Recommendations are made by 7th grade core academic teachers.

Parents of students who meet Advanced Course Eligibility requirements will be contacted by Shattuck Administration with a letter of invitation to register for the appropriate advanced level course(s) for which the student qualifies.
