Course Content: This course is designed for the highly motivated individual who wants to improve their overall fitness through the medium of strength and cardiovascular training. Individual programs will be designed based on their fitness levels and personal goals. This activity will reinforce concepts already introduced and build on these concepts so that individuals can add to their depth of knowledge.
Students will also partake in fitness testing and health-related components related to assessing their personal health and attaining the goal of living a physically active lifestyle into adulthood.
Activities: Strength training and cardiovascular training.
