Students Acting to Make a Difference (SAMD) is a student-led theater organization which donates proceeds from an October musical to a local charity, combining drama and impact. SAMD allows students at Needham High School to use their creative talents while learning about and directly supporting a nonprofit, inspiring them to channel their passion towards a greater cause. With a strict no-cuts policy, SAMD emphasizes community involvement and inclusion, with an unspoken motto of "no matter who you are, no matter your skill level, you can make a difference".
