Description: This district-wide professional development day is an opportunity for the NPS community to come together for a half-day of learning and reflection on what it means to be an anti-racist school system. Our goal is to better understand and (re)envision current society with an informed growth mindset and perspective that fosters a sense of urgency and belonging, a core value of Needham Public Schools. Opportunities for continued learning and shared accountability for the work that lies ahead are key outcomes of our time together.
