Feel free to bookmark this page and refer back to it periodically—we will add more frequently asked questions in the coming weeks and months.
Registration for the trip is due Friday, November 1.
Yes! Visit the Financial Aid page on the website to learn more and apply.
Students will be in groups of no less than 3 at all times. Additionally, students are assigned to chaperone groups with approximately 15-16 of their peers and must check in with their chaperones throughout the day (e.g., nightly room checks, hotel breakfast check-ins, bus attendance, etc.). Each chaperone will be informed of all dietary restrictions and other pertinent medical information for each student in their group. Travel from location to location always occurs in large multi-chaperone groups.
We have an internal process for roommate requests. Students will indicate their first, second, and third roommate preference in a Google Form. We look at all of the requests holistically and try our best to ensure that each child is rooming with one of their listed preferences.
Peak Travel recommends Visa cards or Mastercards for incidental student spending overseas.
Please renew or apply for passports now. As a rule, passports should be valid within six months of travel—expirations before October 2025 must be renewed ASAP.
The portal will prompt you to enter your child's passport information and upload a photo of it. If you currently do not have this information yet, enter some filler text and a filler image—you will be able to change this later—so that you can complete the registration process by the deadline.
