Requests will be considered after the deadline if funds are available.
Families may delay officially registering for the trip until award status is known. If families register for the trip prior to award notification and ultimately decide not to attend, the non-refundable deposit still applies with Peak Performance Travel.

We will aim to have financial award information communicated by Wednesday, November 6 and ask that you complete registration by Monday, November 11 based upon award information. Please note that if you choose to register before receiving your award amount, the $250 deposit is non-refundable even if you ultimately decide not to attend.
