Listing Syndication
Your listing is auto syndicated to over 200 Real Estate & Broker Reciprocity websites!
Your listing is featured on the Home page, Exclusive Listings page & your Agent Profile page of the NOW Realty website.
When your listing goes live in MLS as Coming Soon or Active, our office admin creates several social media graphics and reels for you listing and then blasts it out to our company profiles on all the top social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Biz) with photos, website links, tour links, listing details and property highlights on your behalf. You may also use those graphics on your own social profiles as you see fit.
A Coming Soon graphic is created with the listing photo, property address and agent's name and headshot, and posted on the NOW Realty Facebook and X (Twitter) pages with the MLS Public Remarks/listing details and the listing's web link. If the agent has a FB business page they will be added as a collaborator on the post so that it simultaneously posts to their profile as well.
A Coming Soon Reel is created and posted on Instagram accompanied by the MLS Public Remarks/listing details. If the agent has an Instagram account they will be added as a collaborator on the post so that it simultaneously posts to their profile as well. The reel is then shared on the company's story for both Instagram and FB and saved to the "Just Listed" Highlights tab.
The listing will be added to the "Homes for Sale" product list on the Company's Google Biz page which includes the property address, a photo, price, description and a link to the listing on our website. If the agent has a verified Google Biz page set up and has given our marketing manager access the listings will be posted on their page as well.
The process is then repeated with updated graphics and reels on the date the listings switches over to Active status.
A Just Listed graphic is created using several listing photos, property address and key highlights, as well as the and agent's name, photo and contact info, and is posted on the NOW Realty Facebook and X (Twitter) pages with the MLS Public Remarks/listing details and the listing's web link. If the agent has a FB business page they will be added as a collaborator on the post so that it simultaneously posts to their profile as well.
A Just Listed Reel is created and posted on Instagram accompanied by the MLS Public Remarks/listing details. If the agent has an Instagram account they will be added as a collaborator on the post so that it simultaneously posts to their profile as well. The reel is then shared on the company's story for both Instagram and FB and saved to the "Just Listed" Highlights tab.
A second carousel style Instagram feed post is made with 10-12 of the listings photos accompanied by the MLS Public Remarks/listing details. If the agent has an Instagram account they will be added as a collaborator on the post so that it simultaneously posts to their profile as well. The post is then shared on the company's story on both Instagram and FB, with a link to view the full listing, and saved to the "Just Listed" Highlights tab.
If the listings was previously in coming soon status the product page and description is updated. If it is a new listing the home is added to the "Homes for Sale" product list on the Company's Google Biz page which includes the property address, a photo, price, description and a link to the listing on our website. If the agent has a verified Google Biz page set up and has given our marketing manager access the listings will be posted on their page as well.
The process is repeated if the home has any price reductions or if a cancel & relist is performed.

When a transaction closes we will send out an email request for an online review on your behalf with links to your Facebook business page, Google business page, Zillow and/or your web page.
Submit your request by filling out the section at the bottom of your commission breakdown form with your client's first name, last name and email address, when you turn in a closing.
Provide your client's birth dates and/or the anniversary date of their home purchase along with their full name and email address to the commission breakdown form and we will automatically send them an e-card each year on that date on your behalf.
