Auditorium

If you are renting the Auditorium, then you must also fill out the questionnaire below to identify what your tech crew needs are (lights, audio, etc.). Or you may contact Mr. Rock White directly to arrange your tech crew needs. This allows us to schedule the correct personnel for your event. You must confirm your tech crew needs at least one week prior to your event. The Auditorium has a total of 1,018 seats.

Failure to coordinate your tech needs with Mr. White at least one week prior to your event may result in the cancelation of your reservation.

At full capacity, the Auditorium seats 1,018 audience members.

Some who rent the auditorium also request to rent a nearby classroom in order to have a staging/changing area. This is usually the "Choir Room," which is located across the hall. If this is the case for you, please include that in your rental application.

Rental Fees

Use of auditorium requires authorized light, sound, and other technicians to be assigned and additional hourly wages will be charged.

Auditorium

Class V (Instructional/Governmental Use): $60/hour

Class VI (Patriotic Society like Boys Scouts and others): $120/hour (3 hour minimum)

Class VII (Charitable, Civic, Religious, and Private Use) :$120/hour (3 hour minimum) 

Class VIII (Market Use): $200 per hour (3 hour minimum)

Auditorium Plus Adjoining Room(s)

Class V (Instructional/Governmental Use): $60/hour

Class VI (Patriotic Society like Boys Scouts and others): $120/hour + $10/hour for each additional room (3 hour minimum)

Class VII (Charitable, Civic, Religious, and Private Use) :$120/hour + $10/hour for each additional room (3 hour minimum) 

Class VIII (Market Use): $200/hour + $50/hour for each additional room (3 hour minimum)

Little Theater

Class V (Instructional/Governmental Use): $30/hour

Class VI (Patriotic Society like Boys Scouts and others): $60/hour (3 hour minimum)

Class VII (Charitable, Civic, Religious, and Private Use) :$60/hour (3 hour minimum) 

Class VIII (Market Use): $100 per hour (3 hour minimum)
