Parent Information and Refund Policy

Committment:

Thank you for registering your child for PCT's Summer Camp on Stage. We will do everything we can to make this a memorable and meaningful experience for all the participants. It is a tightly packed, 'loads of fun' experience. 

Please double-check your calendar now to ensure your child is scheduled for the full 10 days of the camp.  

Unlike other "drop in" camps, Nebo's Summer Camp on Stage relies on daily attendance.  Why?  Because the participants will be actively rehearsing a show which they will perform on June 11th.  Auditions will be June 1st, followed by daily rehearsal each day after that. The final day of each session will include a cast party.

Costuming:

Students will be asked to provide their own costumes. These will be simple and we can assist if there is difficulty. Costume assignments will be sent home during the first week of the session.

Performances:

There will be two performances on the second Thursday of the session. They will be at 11:00 and 11:30. As seating is limited, we will be asking that you attend a specific performance. These performances are intended for immediate family and perhaps grandparents. You are welcome to video record the show.

Refund Policy:

Please be committed now to your child's attendance. We do realize that emergencies arise. Therefore:

Full refund if canceled before May 22nd. Partial refund if cancelled between May 25th-31st. No refunds will be issued if cancelled after May 31st.

No refunds will be given after the the camp begins.
