A cogent supporter of this event was our very own Athletic Director, lovingly known by students, parents and faculty as Mr. Tsokas, or "Tsokie".  Not shy to extol the virtues of his own Greek heritage, Tsokas was tickled to hear about the food and lore of other cultures as well. He spearheaded efforts to continue International Night and is to thank for its legacy that continues today.
