These instructions are for when you receive a new IT-supported computer.

If you would like to transfer your information yourself

Your computer will need to be delivered, set up, and you will need to be set up as an administrator. Please sign up for a delivery and setup time at the following link: https://ives.app/kv

NOTE: You should NOT use Migration Assistant provided with Mac OS. You will need to transfer your information by signing in to your cloud storage provider, by using a flash drive/hard drive, or by using Target Disk mode
