The golden tickets must be submitted to Mr Ringsted by this date. Note that signing the golden ticket is a commitment to attending the festival and all other thespian dates and events listed on the form.

All those presenting a Thespy at the festival are required to attend 2 of the 7 Thespy work days to attend the festival. Each workday will be supervised by two officers. They will be there to answer any questions and provide feedback.

Due October 28th
Everyone doing a Thespy must fill out this form to confirm the title of their selection and that it is approved to be performed at the State Festival. Use this link to check the approved materials list. Shows DO NOT need to be pre-approved for any tech or design Thespys. Only one person per group needs to fill out this form
November 4th from 3:00 to 4:00 in the Alum Room

Here is what you need to know about the meeting and what should be done beforehand.
1) Health & Liability Consent Forms (Link to come) must be submitted before this meeting.
2) Officers will check in with everyone about their additional applications and make sure you are on track to meet the deadlines
- Tech Application: Due January 31st
- Opening Number Application: Due November 30th
- Student Design Showcase: Due November 30th
- Senior Scholarships: Due January 31st
- Finale Application: Details to come. Likely Due January 31st.
November 13
PLEASE WAIT TO FILL OUT THIS FORM UNITL AFTER THE INTRO TO THESFEST MEETING. This form includes the payment for the trip and is where you will indicate which Thespy you have chosen and if you will be applying for or participating in any additional festival activities.
Students that select Tech Application, Finale Audition, Opening Number Audition, Honor Troupe Application, or Scholarships must come to the November 11th registration meeting with all application materials prepared or they will not be allowed to apply. More information on these events and how to apply is found on the next tab.
Students may not change their minds and apply for events that they do not indicate on the wufoo form. Anyone who completes the Tech Application without indicating that they would do so on the wufoo form will cause the troupe to lose priority seating and will have to pay a $200 late fee.
Freshmen are required to select Thespy room monitor as an event.

November 18th from 7:00 to 8:00 on Zoom
At this meeting, Mr Ringsted will address all questions and give an overview of this year's CA State Festival. The zoom link will be posted here closer to the meeting time.
December 8th from 3:00 to 4:00 in the Alum Room
All those presenting a Thespy at the festival are required to attend 2 of the 7 Thespy work days to attend the festival. Each workday will be supervised by two officers. They will be there to answer any questions and provide feedback.
January 13th from 3:10 to 5:30 in M114
MANDATORY FOR THOSE PRESENTING A THESPY. Sign-ups will be posted closer to the date. 4 officers will judge acting Thespys in M114 while 3 officers judge tech Thespys in Mr Ringsted's office. Please come prepared with rubrics and any other Thespy materials.
January 14th from 3:00 to 4:00 in M114
MANDATORY FOR THOSE PRESENTING A THESPY. All those presenting a Thespy will collaborate to improve their performance/presentation based on feedback from Officers.

This will be when all those submitting online will be able to have their Thespys recorded by a thespian officer! (If they need support - you may also film your Thespy yourself.)

All Technical, Design, Solo/Duet Acting, and Solo/Duet Musical Theater Thespy videos are due online on this date.
