"Pursuing wellness starts from the INSIDE, so it would positively manifest OUTside."
Last February 29, 2024, the Office of Guidance and Counseling Services successfully delivered Episode 1 of Inside Out, an initiative under their Mental Health Program to help students establish healthy minds through creative and engaging mindful activities.
During Episode 1, students coming from various programs participated in mindfulness meditation and made personalized affirmation keychains to combat unhealthy thinking styles by practicing positive self-affirmations. With smiles and relieved hearts, the participants went their separate ways carrying new memories, meaningful interactions, and transformed mindsets.
Maristas, release, heal, and thrive!

Last May 16, 2024, The Office of Guidance and Counseling Services successfully delivered Episode 2 of Inside Out, a wellness activity under the Mental Health Program that aims to help students establish healthy minds through creative and engaging mindful activities.
In Episode 2, students from the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (NDDU Orange Foxes) joined in mindfulness meditation sessions and made their own self-compassion jars. These activities aimed to help them find peace and take care of themselves better.
They took their creations home, along with memories of the good time they had and fresh ways of looking at things. #WellnessWednesday
Thank you, ka-Foxes!
