Goals are the decisions and commitments we make to achieve our objectives, break bad habits, acquire good habits, or achieve more in various areas of life. It help us focus on what we desire in life. It also helps keep us motivated and spurred, continuously putting us into action. When properly conceived and pursued, goals can help us make the most of our one life. It can be applied to several aspects of our lives and may also be time-bound.
