Academics 

Assessment

We use various assessment methods to evaluate your learning, including assignments, projects, examinations, and demonstrations. You'll receive timely feedback on your progress throughout the course.

Plagiarism 

Plagiarism is a serious academic offence. All work submitted must be your own, and sources should be cited appropriately.

Compassionate Consideration

You may apply for compassionate consideration if exceptional circumstances prevent you from completing an assessment.

Late Submissions

Late submissions may be subject to a fee. For extensions, please contact your programme coordinator or course tutor.

Information and Feedback

You'll receive clear information about your course, including assessment criteria and deadlines. Tutors provide regular feedback to support your learning.

Grading 

Grading criteria vary by course and awarding body. Refer to your course module for specific details.

Unsatisfactory Results

You can repeat a module if you are unsuccessful or wish to improve your grade.

Appeals

You can appeal if you believe an assessment result or process was unfair or inaccurate. The process involves submitting a formal appeal, which will be reviewed by an independent panel. Just so you know, you will be informed of the outcome within a specified timeframe. Appeals form available here 

Certification

Certificates are available for collection or can be posted upon request.

Cancellations

Full fee payment before the course start date guarantees confirmation of a place on any course. There are no fees for cancellations made seven or more days before that date, but no refunds are available after that period or in case of a learner not attending classes.

Regular attendance is mandatory.

Active participation in class and engagement with course materials are essential.

Personal Conduct

We maintain a safe and respectful learning environment. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.

Mobile Phones

Please keep mobile phones silent during classes.

Health and Safety

At the beginning of your course, you'll receive comprehensive health and safety instructions. These will cover emergency procedures, safety precautions specific to your course, and guidelines for maintaining a healthy learning environment.
