Athletic Registration
2025-26 Winter Registration Is OPEN
Parents/Guardians - To register your son/daughter for athletics at NCUHS please complete the steps below.
* Reviewing the Athletic Handbook & Concussion Information
* Complete Online Registration via Snap! Manage
* Submit Sports Participation Clearance Form (Well Exam to be completed by a doctor)
Forms can be uploaded to an athletes Snap! Manage Profile, emailed to preston.ingram@ncsuvt.org or faxed to (802) 334-1618
*Note- Pre Participation Physical Evaluation- some local providers require this document in order for them to process a request for a Well Exam form.
Important Update: New Registration Platform
We’re excited to announce that our athletic registration process is moving from RankOne to Snap! Manage.
This new platform will provide a more user-friendly experience for families, making it easier to complete registrations,
submit forms, and stay informed throughout the season. Please create your account if you have not already for a Fall Sport on Snap! Manage to register for the upcoming Winter Season which starts December 1st.
