2026 Fall Registration Is COMING SOON...
Parents/Guardians - To register your son/daughter for athletics at NCUHS please complete the steps below:
* Review the Athletic Digest & Concussion Information
* Complete Online Registration via Arbiter Registration
* Submit Well Exam - Sports Participation Clearance Form (i.e. athlete physical to be completed by a doctor)
Athlete physicals can be uploaded to an athletes Arbiter profile, emailed to preston.ingram@ncsuvt.org or faxed to (802) 334-1618
*Note- Pre Participation Physical Evaluation- some local providers require this document in order for them to process a request for a Well Exam form
