Athletic Registration

Parents/Guardians-To register your child for NCSU athletics, please complete the steps below.  We are strongly encouraging everyone to complete online registration.  

In order for students to be eligible to participate in an interscholastic (including tryouts) and intramural (events outside the district) you must fully complete the registration process. 

This includes proof of insurance and proof of physical (Well Exam).  A valid exam must be less than a year old.

• • • Wellness Exam Form - Must be completed by primary care provider prior to athletic participation.

    • Pre-participation Checklist -  some local providers require this document in order for them to process a request for a Well Exam form.

    • Northern Express Care - Provides walk-in Wellness Exams for students needing a physical to participate in athletics.

New Registration Platform

We’re excited to announce that our athletic registration process is moving from Snap! Manage to Arbiter.  Registration for North Country Supervisory Union Interscholastics Athletics can be done through ARBITER!

1. Only one account needed for whole family.

2. Create your account on Arbiter to register for the upcoming athletic year.  

3. Activate your Arbiter account from the activation link sent to your email.  This may go into your junk folder.

4. If you need assistance with your online registration, please reach out to Arbiter Registration Support at 800-311-4060 or registration@arbitersports.com

5. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive notification informing you we have received your registration.  Students must be registered and cleared to be eligible to participate.

6. All students must have a current physical before participation. The physical may be uploaded to this registration (preferred), sent directly to the athletic director's email at christiane.brown@ncsuvt.org or faxed to NCUJHS at 802-766-2287.

• Complete Online Registration via ARBITER

• Submit Participation Clearance Form (Well Exam)
