- CREATE: Group Google Folder with ROLE NAME, GROUP MEMBERS LAST NAMES, and SHARE it with Bagwell, Gibbons, Parker, Burgess and Nantz (wpburges@ncsu.edu, ambagwel@ncsu.edu, ssgibbon@ncsu.edu, msnantz@ncsu.edu, jlparke8@ncsu.edu), smbaile4@ncsu.edu ). ALL GROUP and INDIVIDUAL WORK is to be saved, shared and evaluated HERE ex. GOVERNOR: Smith, Walters, Dofushead and Smashface
- CREATE: Group Contract. Create a copy of the group contract for your group and make sure that the copy is in your Group Google Folder. Name the contract as ROLE NAME, GROUP MEMBERS LAST NAMES, GROUP CONTRACT.
- CREATE: Trello (Trello.com) account for Scrum Board/project monitoring. Create a new board as a team using the same name as the Group Google Folder above, add e-mail addresses of your group members AND teachers (wpburges@ncsu.edu, ambagwel@ncsu.edu, ssgibbon@ncsu.edu, msnantz@ncsu.edu, jlparke8@ncsu.edu, smbaile4@ncsu.edu). Create 5 lists titled: To do, In Progress, I’m Stuck; Help, In Review, Done
- COMPLETE: Group Knows and Need to Knows Each group needs to complete this Google Form together. There needs to be only one response submitted per group.
- COMPLETE: GUIDING QUESTION #1 Define your group, what is their goal and what do they do to reach it? Create 2 SLIDES on this PRESENTATION. Your slides must include NAME OF ROLE, DEFINITION OF GROUP and GOAL with 3 DETAILS ABOUT HOW THEY PLAN TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL. Groups members names and images that show your assigned role must also be included. Basically you are summarizing WHO they are and WHAT they do
