Subject: Invitation to South Central 4-H District Activity Day on June 18, 2024

Dear Scotland County Entrepreneurs,

I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an upcoming event that holds great significance for our community and presents an excellent opportunity for local businesses to engage with a diverse audience. On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, Laurinburg, NC will host the South Central 4-H District Activity Day. Several individuals will arrive on June 17, 2024 for an overnight stay.

The South Central 4-H District Activity Day is an annual event that brings together over 300-350 participants, including 4-H youth, volunteers, representatives from NC A&T State University, NC State University and families from various counties in the region. This event provides a platform for young people to showcase their talents, skills, and projects, ranging from agricultural endeavors, cooking demonstrations including outdoor cookery, public speaking and presentation skills to leadership development.

We believe that this event not only fosters personal growth among our youth but also offers a unique occasion for businesses in our community to connect with a broad and engaged audience. Attendees and their families will be exploring Laurinburg, creating an ideal environment for local businesses to showcase their products and services.

As a vital part of our community, we would like to invite your business to consider participating in or supporting the South Central 4-H District Activity Day.
