Not sure which email address you used? Contact your local staff to ask them to look it up.
Problems with your password? 4HOnline 2.0 has higher password standards, so it’s possible that your password is too short or requires additional security. Contact your local staff.
When you see “I’m confirming I want to enroll in 4-H as a Volunteer,” click “Enroll.”
Select Volunteer Type(s). You may select 1 or more of the following types:
Level 1 Volunteer Roles
Club Leaders
Roles
Leader: Is the individual that provides leadership for the club or group volunteer who leads/supports a program and who provides overall leadership.
Co-Leader: Individual who provides leadership or assistance with an activity or variety of activities in the club/group program but is not the primary leader.
Supporter: An individual who serves in a variety of roles within the club/group program.
Project Leader
Roles
Assistant / Coach: This volunteer provides support in a specific project area for the 4-H program in general. This individual is not associated with a specific club and or a group.
Club Assistant / Coach: This volunteer provides support to the club and or a group in a specific project area.
Program Volunteers
Roles
4-H Advisory Council Member: An individual who serves as a member of their local 4-H Advisory Council.
Program Volunteer: An Individual who serves in a variety of roles in their county, district, and/or state program.
Level 2 Volunteer Roles

Indirect Youth Volunteer: An individual that provides program/event support that does not involve direct youth interaction and /or has limited/supervised youth interaction under the supervision of an Extension employee and/or Level 1 volunteer.
Find club name and click “Add.”
Click “Next.”
Select whether you work on this project (or would like to) at the county or club level.
Select the project and click “Add.”
Click “Next” when finished adding projects.
Click “Show Questions.”
Review data that is carried over and fill in any blank required fields.
Click “Next” when done.
Do you have any health conditions staff should be aware of? Answer Yes or No.
A “Yes” answer will require you to enter specific health conditions in the text box.
Add your consent to the medical release by typing your full name and clicking “Agree.”
Click “Next.”
Type your full name and click “Agree.”
Click “Next.”
Click “Submit,” then “Confirm.”
You will receive an email confirmation that your enrollment has been submitted.
Regional Support Staff will review and approve your enrollment once your Safety of Minors training has also been updated. Once they approve your renewal, you will receive a second email that your enrollment has been approved.
