ShellBase: A Water Quality Database for Southeast Shellfish Waters, 1980s-2020. Posted to the SECOORA Data Portal. These data were created by shellfish sanitation programs in NC, SC, GA, and FL. Our team integrated the data into a unified database. Code for organizing the data and creating the database are available on GitHub.
