In 2022 my talented colleague Courtney Mulveney and I created the Career Champion Program and together we have certified over 230 campus partners in a little over a year. Career Champions are university staff/faculty/graduate students who have a special interest in facilitating an innovative culture and environment of career awareness in their college, unit, or department.
