Latinx Heritage Month

2020 LHM: Sin Limite

This year the Latinx Heritage Month (LHM) planning committee wanted to debunk the narrow definition of what it means to be a Latinx person in 2020. We decided on the theme of Sin Limite, or Limitless. During a year of so much change, upcoming events such as the election or the census, and in a year with the most restrictions of our lives, the committee wanted to remind their peers that our culture does not stop. We will continue to celebrate and honor our heritage and identity – sin limite!

LHM Kickoff

Even though this year looks different because we have to do everything virtually, we have still put together a wonderful celebration for all the Latinx community, and we are showcasing a virtual gallery to highlight the different organizations! Check it out!

Shout out to Stacey Protasowicki for the Virtual Gallery.
